Shipping policy

We make sure that your order is processed and shipped promptly. We ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Most of the orders are shipped within 2 to 3 days from the time of placing the order.

SHIPPING FEES:

A Standard shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable on orders below ₹500.

SHIPPING METHODS:

We offer standard shipping which takes 5 to 7 business days to deliver your order.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after they are placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

SHIPPING IN CASE OF RTO:

Orders which get Returned to Origin due to wrong/incorrect contact and delivery details would be shipped back again only if the customer bears the shipping fee for that delivery attempt. The shipping fee would be calculated at the time of dispatching the parcel. Processing such orders may take 14-21 business days ( Since the products will be received as RTO first and then upon quality check, would be shipped back with correct details. )

DELIVERY:

We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order delivery is smooth. However, we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
If you are not available to receive your package at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery at a later time. If the package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at an additional shipping cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
